Burst Cyst?

ive got a small cyst on my neck, and my doctors seen it before and told me i could leave it alone or get removed if i wanted, so i left it alone. but recently its gotten kind of mushy, and that worried me since its never been like that. it hurts on occasion too now, and ive been feelin pretty naucious. do you think its burst, or just infected?
