I had a cyst rupture a few days ago and last night I had similar, but not quite as bad, pain, as well as some bleeding. Could this be some blood left over, or is it something else?? How long is pain from a cyst rupture supposed to last?

No but you may have more than one. Also, sometimes instead of bursting your cyst can “twist” its extremely painful but no blood or anything like that.. you may have another cyst that is “twisting”.

I had a cyst bust in september 2009 and i have the pain again and it is april 2010. Can a cyst burst again?
